“I was diagnosed with AIDS 15 years ago and in 2019 I had a stroke. Since then I started physical therapy and swimming which helped me psychologically. In 2021, I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. My family wanted me to go to a nursing home because I was getting worse. Before FP I had to use my cane to walk on the road, feeling totally unsafe. I had to hold the parked cars on the road to feel safe. Now, I could go in the bakery by my own without cane. I feel more stable, I have more self- confidence and I put more weight on my left leg. My results are getting visible. My AIDS doctor has been following me for 15 years. Ι visited her a few days ago and she told me that I’m standing better! I am grateful for Nicole and FP method !”
